ARTIST STATEMENT: SARAHJARRETT

SARAH JARRETT

I make painterly and dream like images using iphone and ipad. I am inspired by the poetry of landscape and the endless creative potential of the portrait. I have been working from my studio in the beautiful Norfolk countryside for the last twelve years licensing my images to the fine art publishing industry. I am constantly looking for unique meeting points between painting and photography.
I recently won Artist/Photographer of the Year at the MPAs.
